Via RMGO's Bill Watch page here's a .pdf of Colorado House Bill 1278. The gist is that it'd give municipalities with populations over 100,000 people authority to prohibit the carrying of loaded firearms in vehicles unless the person has a valid concealed carry permit. It's supposed to go to a committee hearing this Wednesday. Sorry - I'm not quite up to fisking it today but it's pretty damn self fisking anyhow.
