This one is fairly straightforward.
Colorado House Bill 1226 would prohibit carrying a concealed handgun on college property. It exempts security officers hired by a college, but that's it. No LEO exception is necessary since this is just a change to the conditions of the concealed handgun permit system here in Colorado.
I can't think of anything to add, except of course that this bill is not cool, but then again neither is the law that claims you have to have the state's permission to exercise a Right.
