There are a few things I was planning on writing about today but unfortunately a sudden loss & its attendant obligations has booked most of my time over the next week or so. Hopefully I'll be able to jot down a few things later this evening but in the meantime I have to make arraignments while I mourn the loss of a very dear car part. I wonder if it'd be appropriate to light a candle in memory of a steering rack that was faithful till the bitter end? I mean the poor little thing wasn't even old enough to vote...
Anyway here's the vid to Vultures which is a cool little John Mayer tune (the guitar work at the very end is real nice - sort of a muted tapping between notes kinda thing - you'll hear it). & if you're wondering what the relevance is to the sudden passing of a car part, try pricing a steering rack sometime soon. It's not for the faint of heart - or wallet.
