Here's my post from last year marking the occasion.
I'm rushed but for the helluvit here are a few clips from the Mel Gibson movie The Patriot:
Strangely interesting - clips from the movie showing the avenging father aspect set to Evanescence''s Bring Me To Life. It's really done rather well despite the les than stellar image quality (which I think adds to it) & I always dug the tune for some reason.
More clips from the movie set to The Nine's Burn You Down. (If you've never heard of them they're a synthpop band from the UK with hints of new wave, industrial & club mixed in.)
Here's John Williams conducting The Boston Pops in a 2000 performance of The Patriot.
Now these I found really neat...
A re-enactment of the Minutemen at Lexington
A Star Wars style view of Lexington & Concord put together by some kids...(It is a dark time for the 13 colonies...lol)
Battles of Lexington & Concord (a 9 minute historical overview)
Update 04/19/07 04:21 MDT: Go read The Anarchangel's post in honor of the date.
