If you haven't heard the circuit court rendered a favorable decision in Parker v. D.C. The case sought to overturn D.C's gun ban & if this ruling stands the appeals process that seems to be what it will do. But it's not over as of yet.
I'll have more on this (as will every gun blogger in existence) sometime later. For now Say Uncle has a decent round up of the matter.
Also, just because it's the cutest most pitiful thing I've seen on the internets all damn week, Tam has a pic posted that cat lovers & cookie lovers should not look at unless they're feeling emotionally prepared for too much cuteness.
