Vehicles Stripped From HB 1011

From an article in the Montrose Daily Press.:

"House Bill 1011, which passed the House judiciary committee Wednesday, would allow business owners to use deadly force against intruders, in certain circumstances, without fear of prosecution. A provision that would have extended the same protection to vehicles was dropped." (emphasis mine)

I guess those who were afraid that cops would be shot during traffic stops (or some similar nonsense) won that round.

Personally, I think they just like chipping away at anything reasonable just so they can try and find a loophole later.
Just my opinion.
