Wadcutter has a post up about a shooting expedition. The particpants were Wadcutter, the Libercontrarian & yours truly. I intend to post a recap of the shoot at some point. Truthfully I'm waiting on two things: Libercontrarian's post on it (as he took a few more pics than Wadcutter did) & making the time to take some pics of the long guns that I brought out (I did a few things to the Garand as well as the 10/22 that you may find interesting). But in the meantime go read Wadcutter's post. He even has a pic of me (& it's my good side too).

And owning a handgun that wasn't a cut down M1 with a modified cycling mechanism? Ok, that was silly. But 30-06 out of an 8 inch barrel at 21 feet would certainly be a handful.

Wadcutter did an admirable job - I will attend to the matter shortly.
